This Acceptable Use Policy explains the rules for using JMCamellia, LLC websites, tools, content, and services, including RealIntel One™, PlainLaw Insight™, SpeakerLens AI, and related features, workflows, and communications. By using the services, you agree to use them lawfully, responsibly, and in a way that does not harm JMCamellia, other users, third parties, or the integrity of the services.
You may use JMCamellia services only for lawful business, educational, informational, or internal evaluation purposes consistent with the intended function of the service. You may use the services to review information, analyze documents you are authorized to process, evaluate outputs, prepare for professional consultations, and support your own decision-making processes.
Your use must comply with applicable laws, regulations, contracts, confidentiality obligations, privacy obligations, and intellectual property rights. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the services is appropriate for your jurisdiction, industry, and circumstances.
You may not use JMCamellia services for any unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, harassing, defamatory, discriminatory, or harmful purpose. You may not use the services to violate the rights of any person or entity, including privacy rights, publicity rights, intellectual property rights, contractual rights, or confidentiality obligations.
You may not use the services to create, submit, distribute, or support content that is illegal, threatening, exploitative, hateful, malicious, or intended to facilitate wrongdoing. JMCamellia may suspend or terminate access where misuse is suspected or confirmed.
You may submit, upload, paste, or otherwise provide only content that you have the legal right to use and authorize for processing. You are responsible for the legality, accuracy, and appropriateness of the content you submit.
You may not submit content that:
You do not own or have permission to process.
Violates confidentiality, privacy, court, regulatory, employment, or contractual restrictions.
Contains malicious code, harmful payloads, or attempts to disrupt the service.
Is used to impersonate another person or entity or misrepresent your authority.
JMCamellia services may use AI-assisted systems to analyze, summarize, organize, or generate outputs. You may not use those outputs in a misleading way, including by presenting them as licensed legal advice, professional certification, guaranteed results, or final conclusions when they are not.
You may not use AI-supported outputs from JMCamellia to make high-risk or consequential decisions without appropriate human review and, where needed, qualified professional review. You remain responsible for how you interpret, share, and rely on any output generated by the services.
You may not:
Reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, copy, frame, mirror, or reproduce the services except as expressly permitted by law or written agreement.
Use bots, scripts, crawlers, or automated methods to access the services in a way that burdens, disrupts, or bypasses normal operation.
Attempt to probe, scan, exploit, or test the vulnerability of any JMCamellia system, account, workflow, or connected provider.
Interfere with the security, availability, integrity, or performance of the services.
Circumvent authentication, permissions, rate limits, account controls, or technical protections.
Use the services to build or train competing tools, datasets, models, or commercial systems without written authorization.
You may not use JMCamellia services to hold yourself out as receiving legal advice, brokerage advice, investment advice, tax advice, engineering advice, or other licensed professional advice where none is being provided. You may not represent JMCamellia outputs as attorney-reviewed, legally binding, jurisdiction-complete, or professionally certified unless JMCamellia expressly states that in writing.
For PlainLaw Insight™ and similar services, you may not use outputs as a substitute for hiring a licensed attorney to review significant legal matters, disputes, filings, negotiations, or signatures. For real estate, business, or intelligence tools, you may not present outputs as guaranteed valuations, investment recommendations, or definitive professional opinions.
If you are given credentials, access links, booking access, client portals, or service accounts, you must protect them and use them only for authorized purposes. You may not share account access in unauthorized ways, impersonate others, create misleading identities, or interfere with other users’ access.
You are responsible for activity occurring through your account or credentials unless prohibited by law. You must promptly notify JMCamellia of suspected unauthorized use, compromise, or misuse.
You may not use the services in a way that unreasonably consumes bandwidth, processing capacity, storage, model calls, or support resources. JMCamellia may impose usage limits, throttle activity, restrict features, or suspend access where use appears excessive, abusive, automated beyond approved parameters, or operationally risky.
This includes repeated automated submissions, bulk extraction of content, excessive document processing without authorization, or attempts to overload workflows, calendars, forms, or embedded tools.
JMCamellia may monitor use of the services, review suspected misuse, and take action to protect users, systems, data, and business operations. Enforcement actions may include content removal, output restriction, access suspension, account termination, legal notice, or referral to appropriate authorities where warranted.
JMCamellia is not required to provide prior notice before taking protective action where it reasonably believes misuse, abuse, security risk, legal exposure, or operational harm may occur.
If you become aware of misuse, security concerns, harmful outputs, prohibited content, or violations of this policy, you should report the issue to JMCamellia. Reports help support governance and platform integrity, but they do not guarantee any specific outcome, timing, or remediation.
JMCamellia may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time to reflect changes in its services, risk controls, legal requirements, or business operations. Updated versions become effective when posted unless a different effective date is stated.
